My husband and I fell in love with a used Mini Cooper Countryman on sight. Alex Kelly explained all about the vehicle and we were further sold and ordered a brand new Countryman. It took a while to receive the vehicle as it had to be manufactured overseas but Alex regularly kept us updated as to the status. We picked it up a couple of weeks ago and it is all that we thought it would be. Alex is still providing excellent customer service by answering any questions we may have. We are completely satisfied.

Overall, a good experience, had a few issues with outside financing being able to connect with their finance dept to get the financing complete, so it took four days to get that complete. Paul Theobold was very helpful, and met our needs. Beyond that, it was a good experience.

I’d known I wanted a Mini Convertible for at least ten years. Alex was so helpful in guiding me through the options I wanted. Jemar sent me information that I needed to complete the purchase in a timely manner. They even delivered the car to my home in Kentucky! This was a great car-buying experience. Joey did a great job educating me about the car and keeping me informed about it's status. No pressure to buy. The opposite of a pushy car salesman. When the car I wanted almost sold to someone else, he researched similar cars available and when that sale didn't happen he quickly called me and I was able to get that car (which I love).

I can only rate the service department, but I give them 5 stars. I was on vacation and had to get a tire replaced under warranty and they were able to get me in within a day. It was super easy and Andre was nice to work with. They even hand washed Madge before giving her back to me. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back again.

Wow is all I have to say. I bought my first mini in 2018 right before MOL went out of business. It was scary knowing you have a car with no local dealer but Mini of Cincy really knocked it out of the park. From their customer service reps, valet service/drivers, service techs, it was an outstanding experience. I have been a Honda girl for many years and this totally blew mind how exceptional their service was compared to Honda. Kudos and thanks to you guys!

I originally bought my MINI at MINI of Louisville, which recently closed. I wasn't looking forward to having to travel farther to Cincinnati MINI but I had heard good things. I was satisfied with my experience, which primarily warrantied work. They also fixed a dent in driver's side door and it's as if it never happened. They gave me a comparable loaner and even "valeted" my car back to me. That's excellent service.

Scheduled for routine maintenance in Cincinnati after our local dealership went out of business. Initially was told that we scheduled appointment one day “late” and that the service would not be covered. Todd made it “good” after phone call to Mini. Great service! Highly recommend.

When the Louisville MINI dealership abruptly closed, the Cincinnati dealership stepped in and did a fantastic job of bending over backwards to get me into the specific MINI that I wanted. This is not in reference to MINI of Cincinnati...MINI LEFT US STRANDED. We bought a $30K car from MINI in Louisville, KY fifteen minutes from our house, easy to drop off and get serviced. The Louisville dealer shut down without notice and now we are told to take the car to Cincinnati which is two hours away, so if we drop off the car and drive back home then return for the car it’s an eight hour round trip just for service.
