Adam was my service advisor for a manufacturer recall.he promptly advised me of what they would be doing, an estimate of time for repair and set me up with a loaner as I live about 75 miles from the dealership. He called to advise me of their inspection and work needed. I was pleased with their work and will definitely use them in the future.
Not a cheap repair but upfront and honest. I recommend Cincy Mini. Don’t go to a back yard mechanic. The don’t have the tools or diagnostic equipment to clear the alarms and warning lights.
Had Service work performed. Kyle was my advisor. All was as explained and promised with a few minor inconveniences. Report indicated that all fluids were topped off and they were not. And service updates on the car were not reset. While not a big deal, it's something g that should have been addressed. Other than that, prompt service, competitive pricing.

The service I received was top notch, the check in at the service department was great. The loaner they provided me with was brand new. The technician video they sent me was very informative. All around it was a great experience!

Got me in same day I called, requesting a loaner with service. Service was quick. Only complaint is that my service tech said not to fill gas tank unless I used a significant amount, while the service advisor I spoke to said he was going to charge me for a gallon of gas used.

Recently I was there to have maintenance done and Kyle was so informative and helpful. He is wonderful to work with. While there, we test drove the new electric cars and Noah in sales was awesome in answering our questions. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience great overall great. This is the best place to buy and maintain a car.

I bought my MINI Clubman at this dealer and recently took it in for service. Among other items, I had an almost-flat tire that had to be replaced. Fortunately I had purchased a wheel and tire service contract with the car. My service advisor, Adam, fought the good fight with Allstate for hours to get the claim filed and accepted. Outstanding service. I was also given a first-class loaner to drive. As always, I received a detailed report from the service technician along with the video. Also appreciated the free car wash at the end.
I’ve been going to this dealership since I’ve owned the Minicooper and this is the first time they did not do an inspection and send me a video of the inspection. Little disappointed.
Go at scheduled time and they take care of the service while I wait. I like it.

My Mini Countryman has reached the age and mileage that it requires a little extra TLC to keep motoring the way it should. While in for the annual service I had the team at Cincinnati MINI do some diagnostic work on a few issues that has come up. Only two days total to identify issues and make repairs I thought would take much longer. And a free loaner to boot! The service team has always done a great job keeping my Mini on the road.

As usual, the service was outstanding. Recommended work was explained carefully. When my car was returned to me ( complimentary valet service), the driver was very good about demonstrating to me the location and operation of a hard-to-see switch that was preventing the convertible top was operating properly. Now I have to wait for the warm weather to return so that I can put the top down again...
The dealership did ok. Unfortunately due to a poor design caused by drainage improperly installed we had a footwell module go bad. We had an extended warranty. And the cause for the damage was the defective drainage system. But our module wasn't covered. My wife loves Mini's. We came to the dealership looking to see about purchasing a Mini Coup in the future. But sadly with a known, defective drainage system that can cause $8000+ in damages. We are rethinking this. The Service was courteous. But ultimately disappointing.
My second review. Bought MINI number three, four, and five here. Would not take it for service anywhere else. Top notch in every detail.

What I most appreciate about Cincinnati Mini service department is that their staff is professional, courtesy, transparent, knowledgeable and caring. They have been servicing my vehicle since ‘09 and after each repair the vehicle runs as good as new. This is a testament to the lengths they go to ensure your vehicle is at its peak performance.

I love my mini. Usually I have a good experience when servicing it. Not last time. A women helped me I don’t know her name but she lied about the time I arrived told me before I made the appointment that it would take 1 1/2 hours but it was much longer and then tried to shame me in a text for her throwing away a key battery. Wish this review would go to her boss
