Our fearless team of MINI Motoring Advisors have received countless awards since Cincinnati MINI first opened its doors in 2002. In true MINI fashion, these awards have cool names and come with some great trips, but will only be earned by those who perform at the highest level when it comes to treating you right. Here's a little background on each award.

MINI Staff Awards

Oxford Society and Coopers Crusaders are the highest levels of individual achievement for a MINI Motoring Advisor. These awards are earned by reaching exceptional individual levels in sales and customer service satisfaction.
MINI Masters Council is an exclusive group of MINI Motoring Advisors and Managers selected annually to attend a meeting with the MINI USA team to share ideas and determine ways to improve the next year. Masters Council is a group of the top Oxford Society and Coopers Crusaders winners who attend a annual meeting once selected. Cincinnati MINI was the only dealership to have more than 2 people selected in 2007.

MINI Motoring Cup

The MINI Motoring Cup is the highest award given out by MINI USA, which is awarded for the most sales per dealership with also the highest customer satisfaction index in each region.
It is a quarterly award given out to only 1 dealership per region, which includes Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Ohio for Cincinnati MINI's local region.
