That's the same reason we opened The BMW Store, really. And that's been truly successful. But it used to be that BMW drivers flashed their lights at each other to recognize a fraternal appreciation of how much fun it could be just to drive. (That flashing light thing happened so often we worried about burning out the headlights on our demonstrators!)
Somewhere along the line, we stopped flashing lights to each other. Maybe because those of you in BMWs worried about burning out your headlights too! But more probably, we all just got a little older, a little more self-conscious, maybe just more distracted with other things.
So now there's MINI. Maybe we can get it to start all over again, and a whole new generation will rediscover the joy of just getting behind the wheel and going somewhere. Just for fun.

 Todd Chumbley Todd is the resident jokester of the MINI department. Whether he's pointing out the many ways that red heads are superior to the rest of society or he's doing his best Gloria Gaynor impression under the disco ball in our MINI showroom, Todd is always keeping us laughing. And as he belts out the lyrics, 'I will survive', he's really thinking of you trying to survive without your MINI. That's why he works so hard to get it running and looking as good as new as soon as possible.  Pam Morgan Pam is our newest addition to the Mini Motoring Service Team, but she brings 11 years experience in the automotive servicing industry along with her. She doesn't currently own a MINI, but she can't wait until she gets a convertible pepper-white Mini Cooper-S. With her, you can expect amazing treatment because she strives to make each and every customer feel special. |
 Diesel Warner Diesel Warner was brought into the world in a farmhouse kennel in Goshen, OH on October 13, 2006 along with 5 brothers and sisters. Damon Warner purchased Diesel when he was only 8 weeks old and was immediately given the title of 'MINI Mascot'. Diesel resides in a palatial condominium in Union Township along with his parents, Damon and Sandi Warner. Diesel is chauffeured to & from the dealership in his father's Cooper S. If you visit the store on a Wednesday, you may very well get to meet him and receive a sloppy bulldog kiss! |
 Antwan Bush Antwan has been working at The BMW Store and now currently Cincinnati MINI for a total of about 3 years. He brings with him 4 years of customer service which has made him very outgoing, upbeat, and customer friendly. He started out working in the wash bay, and has now worked his way up to his current position as a MINI Motoring Assistant. He is very happy with his position, but one day hopes to work his way up even more in the company.
