    "Upon receiving my car back one week after drop off, all of the issues were fixed to my satisfaction. However, the technician failed to install a piece of trim on the B post that covers the cabin lighting and the doors for the child restraint hooks that are located in the seat were laying on the floor of the back seat.     "It was very difficult for to me to arrange a time to bring my car in. I often do not know my schedule two weeks in advance and several times when I called to schedule an appointment, the MINI employee explained that in order to arrange to have a car to drive I must make an appointment at least two weeks in advance. Even without MINI giving me a car to drive, I was still not able to schedule a service appointment within a few days or a week. I feel like there should be more flexibility in the scheduling. My husband had to drive my car to MINI while I was working to get it there, and it was still almost a month after I had started to try to schedule an appointment.     "I am greatly disappointed that every time I bring my car into the dealership for a routine repair, I am told that the technicians have discovered 4-5 other "expensive to repair" issues with my mini. I believe what the technicians are telling me, but I can't afford to spend $3000 for car repair when I only expected to spend $700. My car is only 6 years old and has less than 30,000 miles on it; so why is it falling apart? I have spent more money to repair this car than all of the other vehicles I have ever owned put together. This car is becoming an endless money pit and I'm starting to think my car is defective in some way. The service department is more like a clinic than just an auto service repair garage. I had an unknown problem and your "technicians" were wonderful at diagnosing it and getting things fixed. Your service was very outstanding. The only reason I did not consider it "truly exceptional" was because the repairs caused me to spend an extra day in Cincinnati.     "We asked for a rotation of the tires, which we did not get. We were asked if we wanted the brake fluid drained etc, we declined this service, but it was done anyway at a $150 cost to us. The driver returned my car on fumes. Literally, it said it had 10miles until empty when we turned on the car.     "Mechanics worked late to complete the service on my vehicle. Todd made multiple phone calls in effort to find me 4 new tires and then set up pick-up service at my house in Dayton so I could have my car back when I really needed it. Todd or whomever took my car for a test drive realized that there was a problem in the engine, which is something I hadn't recognized. He then ensured that the problem would be serviced as well and that it would be covered in my warranty. The car was returned to me in tip top shape and was squeaky clean.
